Here are some of the hobby projects I've worked on in the past, or am currently working on. Links for the external programs and sites referenced here can be found in the Links section of this site.
FFXI Spell Database. The FFXI Spell Database is a complete listing of spells, vendors, and spell quest NPCs for Final Fantasy XI. It also includes further details and monster drop information for many spells.
EverQuest Buff Timer. Now obsoleted by in-game buff duration information, the EverQuest Buff Timer allows the user to set up spell timers for EverQuest, which take into account spell duration and alternate advancement skill modifiers. Handy for knowing when to recast a spell before it drops.
Dark Advocates roster. A player roster for the EverQuest Test server guild Dark Advocates. My first real use of PHP. The roster has mostly incorrect information at this point, as I have not played EverQuest in many months.
Unofficial ADOM RPMs. Unofficial Redhat Linux packages for Ancient Domains of Mystery (ADOM), a text-based adventure game. The packages simplify installation of ADOM on Redhat systems.
Wizardry: Llylgamyn Saga translation. This was my attempt at translating the Japanese game Wizardry: Llylgamyn Saga, a compilation of the first three Wizardry games for Windows. Much of the text could already be viewed in English by setting in-game options, but parts of it remained in Japanese only.
